Adam Baldwin Associate
Adam Baldwin focuses his practice on intellectual property and business law. He provides legal advice on matters involving trademarks, copyrights, business entity structuring, and contracts. He primarily aids clients in establishing, maintaining, and enforcing their intellectual property rights.
While in law school, Adam concentrated his studies on intellectual property and contract law. He received a JD Concentration in Intellectual Property Law specializing in trademarks, earned several Top-Grade certificates for various classes, and won Best Brief for the school’s intra school moot court competition. He was a member of the Moot Court Board, participating in Ellen A. Hennessy Employee Benefits Moot Court Competition, and the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition, where he was coached by Bill McGrath. Adam was a member of the JMLS Review of Intellectual Property Law journal board, and his article on music sampling was selected by his peers for publication. He gained hands-on trademark experience working in the school’s Trademark Clinic.
