Jodi L. Flynn Member
With over 20 years of experience in civil litigation, Jodi Flynn represents corporations and individuals in real estate, business, and construction disputes. She focuses on matters involving commercial and residential leases, condominium declarations and bylaws, purchase agreements, mortgage foreclosures, corporate divorces, shareholder disputes, mechanics liens, building code violations, and various other business contracts.
Jodi helps clients understand the litigation process and set and achieve realistic goals. She works on all stages of a case including pre-litigation negotiations, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trials, appeals, and supplemental procedures.
Jodi handles matters in state and federal courts, administrative hearings, arbitrations, and mediations. She also serves as an arbitrator for the Cook County Court-Annexed Mandatory Arbitration Program. Prior to joining Davis McGrath, Jodi worked as an associate at a Chicago law firm practicing personal injury litigation. Jodi joined Davis McGrath as an associate in 1998 and became a member of the firm in 2006.
